  2025年9月21日，昆明市工商联组织的民营企业家“安宁行”招商引资专题推介会在安宁会堂举行，百余家企业代表齐聚一堂，共话合作、共谋发展，探寻安宁的发展机遇与投资潜力。

On September 21, 2025, the Kunming Federation of Industry and Commerce organized an investment promotion symposium titled "Anning Tour" for private entrepreneurs at the Anning Hall. Representatives from over a hundred enterprises gathered to discuss cooperation, explore development strategies, and identify growth opportunities and investment potential in Anning.

Bi Shaogang, Member of the Party Working Committee of the Dian Zhong New Area and Secretary of the Anning Municipal Party Committee, attended the event and delivered a speech. Pu Tai, Deputy Secretary of the Anning Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, presided over the event. Wang Zhimin, Deputy Director of the United Front Work Department of the Kunming Municipal Party Committee, and Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Executive Vice Chairman of the Kunming Federation of Industry and Commerce, attended and addressed the gathering.

Bi Shaogang extended gratitude on behalf of the Anning Municipal Party Committee and Government to the Kunming Federation of Industry and Commerce and offered a warm welcome to the participating entrepreneurs in his opening address. He emphasized that Anning serves as fertile ground for investment and entrepreneurship, noting that over the past decade, the city has experienced continuous net population inflow and maintained rapid growth in the total output value of industries above the designated size. With a clear industrial layout and strong growth momentum, Anning’s strategic regional planning—encompassing eastern, western, southern, and northern zones—ensures ample space for the implementation and development of any high-quality project.

As a renowned "hot spring town," Anning is leveraging its natural thermal resources to accelerate the Hot Spring Revitalization Initiative, upgrading wellness sports, leisure tourism, and other emerging “hot spring+” cultural and tourism formats. Wang Zhimin spoke highly of the successful hosting of the event. 会上，昆明市工商联副主席、商协会党委书记范莉华正式发布了昆明市工商联与安宁市招商引资线索服务“直通车”工作机制、企业发展诉求解决“直通车”机制。两个机制聚焦招商引资和企业发展的难点、堵点问题，建立与民营企业间高效、便捷的沟通渠道，进一步优化营商环境，精准对接企业需求，助推民营经济在安宁实现高质量发展。两个机制的发布，体现了昆明市工商联与安宁市携手服务企业的决心与行动，更彰显了安宁市亲商、爱商、护商的决心和务实态度。

At the meeting, Fan Lihua, Vice Chairman of the Kunming Federation of Industry and Commerce and Secretary of the Party Committee of Chambers of Commerce, officially launched the "Express Channel" mechanisms jointly established by the Kunming Federation and Anning City: the Investment Lead Service Mechanism and the Enterprise Demand Resolution Mechanism. These mechanisms are designed to address pain points and bottlenecks in investment promotion and enterprise development by establishing efficient and convenient communication channels between the government and private enterprises. By precisely addressing corporate needs and further optimizing the business environment, the initiatives aim to foster high-quality development of the private economy in Anning.

The launch of these two mechanisms demonstrates the commitment of both the Kunming Federation and Anning City to enhancing services for enterprises, reflecting Anning's pragmatic approach to creating a business-friendly environment that welcomes, values, and protects investors.

During the meeting, attendees jointly watched the Anning city promotional video. Dai Guoyan, Vice Mayor of Anning, delivered an investment promotion presentation focusing on the city's industrial foundation, industrial development plans, geographical advantages, transportation infrastructure, and key sectors for investment.

During the symposium part, representatives from 18 chambers of commerce and enterprises—including the Yunnan Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce, Kunming Wenzhou General Chamber of Commerce, and Kunming Huaping Chamber of Commerce—delivered speeches to exchange insights.
