商会考察团赴成都学习交流

The Chamber of Commerce Delegation on Study Visit to Chengdu

 2025年9月16～18日，昆明市华坪商会组织对外学习交流考察团赴成都开展系列活动。期间，考察团一行分别造访了成都市工商联、川商总会、成都自贡商会、成都雅安商会及参观了相关企业。       

From September 16 to 18, 2025, the Kunming Huaping Chamber of Commerce organized a delegation for an external study and exchange visit to Chengdu, carrying out a series of events. During the visit, the delegation visited the Chengdu Federation of Industry and Commerce, the General Chamber of Commerce for business people from Sichuan origin, the Chengdu Zigong Chamber of Commerce, the Chengdu Ya'an Chamber of Commerce, and conducted inspections of relevant enterprises.

 此行受到了成都市工商联的高度重视和大力支持。受俞建主席委托，市工商联宣传教育部部长李春、经济联络部部长张粒、组织建设部部长林笕军、社会发展部副部长何静等领导接待了考察团一行。双方就商会企业在蓉健康发展、以商招商、以商引智、以商促教等方面展开了广泛交流，并就后续联络沟通机制达成一致意见。        

  This delegation was received high-level attention and strong support from the Chengdu Federation of Industry and Commerce. Entrusted by Chairman Yu Jian, the delegation was received by leaders including Li Chun, Minister of the Publicity and Education Department; Zhang Li, Minister of the Economic Liaison Department; Lin Jianjun, Minister of the Organizational Development Department; and He Jing, Deputy Minister of the Social Development Department. Both sides held extensive discussions on topics such as the healthy development of chamber enterprises in Chengdu, leveraging business resources to attract investment, recruit talent, and promote education. They also reached a consensus on establishing follow-up communication mechanisms.  

在川商总会，受川商总会秘书长、新希望集团党委书记张明贵委托，党委委员、综合办公室主任薛巨实携秘书处与考察团进行了座谈。双方就商会办会经验、商讯共享、聚合发展、以商促教等方面进行了共同探讨交流。      

The General Chamber of Commerce for business people from Sichuan origin, entrusted by Zhang Minggui, Secretary-General of the Chamber and Party Committee Secretary of New Hope Group, Xue Jushi, Party Committee Member and Director of the General Office, held a dialogue with the delegation alongside the secretariat. Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions and exchanges on chamber management experience, business information sharing, collaborative development, and promoting education through commerce.  

在成都自贡商会，考察团一行受到了自贡商会会长宋遵友、支部书记刘贵君等班子成员的热情接待，双方共同就进一步促进会员企业融合发展交换了意见，一致认为大家应多联动多交流多沟通，创新发展思维，拓宽合作渠道，促进多方共赢。

At the Chengdu Zigong Chamber of Commerce, the delegation was warmly received by Song Zunyou, President of the Chamber, Liu Guijun, Party Branch Secretary, and other members of the leadership team. During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on further promoting the integrated development of member enterprises. They unanimously agreed to enhance interactions, exchanges, and communication, foster innovative thinking, expand cooperation channels, and foster all-win for all parties involved.    

 在成都雅安商会，雅安市人民政府驻成都办事处主任张强向大家详细介绍了雅安的历史、人文、经济发展及优势资源情况，并欢迎大家到雅安旅游观光、投资考察。雅安商会监事长杨贤强、执行会长黄碧、副会长杨维、理事徐瑞峰、秘书长刘丹等成员与考察团进行了友好互动，共溯马帮商业文化、共谋企业发展之未来。

At the Chengdu Ya'an Chamber of Commerce, Zhang Qiang, Director of the Ya'an Municipal People's Government Office in Chengdu, provided a detailed introduction to Ya'an's history, culture, economic development, and resource advantages for the delegation. He extended a warm welcome for visits to Ya'an for tourism and investment inspections. During the event, Yang Xianqiang, Chamber Supervisory Board Chairman;  Executive President Huang Bi, Vice President Yang Wei, Council Member Xu Ruifeng, Secretary-General Liu Dan and other members engaged in friendly interactions and explored the legacy of caravan-based trade culture and discussed strategies for future enterprise development with the delegation.     

本次考察活动建立起了华坪商会与成都市工商联、川商总会之间的常态化沟通联络机制，拓展了与驻蓉异地商会间的友好合作关系，为促进会员企业蓬勃发展迈出了创新步伐。同时，在勇担社会责任、协助高校访企拓岗、促进高校毕业生就业方面取得了实质性进展(其中仅自贡商会的更新家具企业就为本次拓岗提供了十个以上就业岗位)。   

This study visit has established a regular communication mechanism among the Huaping Chamber of Commerce, the Chengdu Federation of Industry and Commerce and the General Chamber of Sichuan Commerce, which has expanded friendly cooperation with regional chambers based in Chengdu, makes an innovative step toward promoting the flourishing development of member enterprises. Meanwhile, substantial progress was made in shouldering social responsibilities, assisting universities in visiting enterprises to explore job opportunities, and facilitating cross-province employment for graduates (notably, Gengxin Furniture  Company affiliated with the Zigong Chamber alone offered over ten positions during this visit).

Xi Liyun, Deputy Party Secretary of the School of International Exchange at Yunnan Communications Vocational and Technical College, along with Zhang Jiaqi, Vice Dean, and He Ziwen, College-Enterprise Cooperation Teacher, participated in the enterprise visitation and job opportunity expansion session.          

会长王有华，本月轮值副组长、副会长王恒，副会长张光华等成员共同参加本次活动。

The President Wang Youhua, along with Wang Heng, Vice President and Rotating Deputy Team Leader for the month, and Vice President Zhang Guanghua, were among the members who participated in the event.
